חברת AILAMA רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל הציבור, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלת להנגשת האתר והאפליקציה בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

1. רמת הנגישות ותקן

האתר נבנה תוך שאיפה לעמידה בדרישות תקן WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA (הנחיות הנגישות לתכני אינטרנט של הקונסורציום הבינלאומי W3C), התואם את דרישות תקן ישראלי ת״י 5568.

2. התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו

• תמיכה בניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת בכל עמודי האתר והאפליקציה.
• ניגודיות צבעים העומדת בדרישות התקן בין טקסט לרקע.
• תמיכה בהגדלת טקסט עד 200% ללא אובדן תוכן או פונקציונליות.
• מבנה סמנטי (כותרות, תוויות טפסים) התומך בקוראי מסך.
• ממשק דו-כיווני (RTL/LTR) התומך בעברית, ערבית ושפות נוספות.

3. מגבלות ידועות

חלקים מסוימים באפליקציית הצ'אט (כגון תצוגת קוד ותרשימים דינמיים בתוך שיחות) עשויים שלא להיות נגישים באופן מלא בשלב זה. אנו פועלים באופן שוטף לשיפור הנגישות של רכיבים אלה.
