ברוכים הבאים ל-AILAMA. תקנון זה ("התקנון") מסדיר את השימוש באתר AILAMA, באפליקציית AILAMA ובכל השירותים הנלווים (יחד: "השירות"), המופעלים על ידי חברת AILAMA ("אנחנו" או "החברה"). הרשמה או שימוש בשירות מהווים הסכמה מלאה לתנאים אלה.
1. תיאור השירות
AILAMA הוא שירות מנוי המספק גישה ליכולות בינה מלאכותית (AI) לצורך שיחה, כתיבה, ניתוח נתונים, כתיבת קוד ומשימות נוספות ("הפלטפורמה"). השירות מבוסס על טכנולוגיית מודלי שפה של ספקים חיצוניים, המסופקת למשתמשי הקצה תחת המותג AILAMA. תכני הפלט נוצרים על ידי מערכת בינה מלאכותית ואינם מבוססים על שיפוט אנושי בזמן אמת.
2. הרשמה וזכאות
השימוש בשירות מותר לבני 18 ומעלה, או למי שמחזיק בהסכמת הורה/אפוטרופוס כדין. עליך למסור פרטים מדויקים בעת ההרשמה ולשמור בסודיות על פרטי הכניסה לחשבונך. אתה אחראי לכל פעילות המתבצעת בחשבונך.
3. מנוי, תשלום וחיוב
השירות מוצע במספר מסלולים (Starter, Plus, Pro ומסלולים נוספים שיתווספו מעת לעת), כמפורט בעמוד התמחור. רכישת מסלול מתבצעת כתשלום שנתי חד-פעמי (12 חודשי שימוש מראש, בהנחה ביחס לתעריף החודשי), ומכסת הטוקנים החודשית של המסלול מוענקת אוטומטית מדי חודש לאורך תקופת השנה שנרכשה. בתום השנה, ככל שלא נרכש חידוש, החשבון עובר אוטומטית למסלול החינמי (Free). מחירים מוצגים בדולר ארה"ב (USD), אלא אם צוין אחרת. משתמשים שנרשמו למסלול חיוב חודשי מתמשך (חיוב אוטומטי חוזר) לפני מועד עדכון תקנון זה ימשיכו להתחייב לפי התנאים המקוריים שקיבלו, עד לביטול המנוי כאמור בסעיף 8.
אנו רשאים לעדכן את מחירי המסלולים מעת לעת. שינוי מחיר במסלול קיים לא ישפיע על תשלום שכבר בוצע, ויחול רק על רכישות/חידושים עתידיים.
4. ארנק טוקנים, גלגול יתרה וריבית
כל מסלול מנוי כולל מכסת "טוקנים" חודשית, המנוכה בהתאם לשימוש בפועל בפלטפורמה. יתרת טוקנים שלא נוצלה עד תום מחזור החיוב אינה נמחקת ומועברת אוטומטית ("מתגלגלת") למחזור הבא, ללא הגבלת זמן, כל עוד המנוי פעיל.
יתרת הטוקנים המתגלגלת צוברת ריבית שנתית בשיעור של 5%, המחושבת ומזוכה מדי חודש על בסיס ריבית דריבית, ומשולמת בטוקנים נוספים לארנק המשתמש. שיעור הריבית עשוי להשתנות בהודעה מראש של 30 יום לפחות. במקרה של ביטול מנוי או סגירת חשבון, יתרת הטוקנים שבארנק תיפקע ולא תוחזר בכסף.
החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להגביל צבירת יתרה בחשבונות שאינם פעילים (ללא שימוש) מעבר לתקופה של 12 חודשים רצופים, לצורך ניהול אחראי של ההתחייבות הצוברת.
5. שימוש מותר ואסור
חל איסור להשתמש בשירות: לביצוע פעולות בלתי חוקיות; להטרדה, הפצת שנאה או תוכן פוגעני; לניסיון פיצוח, הנדסה לאחור או חילוץ המודלים העומדים בבסיס השירות; למכירה, השכרה או העברה של גישה לשירות או למפתחות API לצד שלישי; לשימוש אוטומטי (בוטים) שאינו מאושר מראש בכתב.
6. קניין רוחני
כל הזכויות בפלטפורמה, בממשק, בעיצוב ובקוד שייכות לחברה או למעניקי הרישיון שלה. פלט שנוצר עבורך במסגרת השימוש בשירות ניתן לשימושך האישי או העסקי, בכפוף לתנאי שימוש הוגן ולזכויות צד שלישי.
7. הגבלת אחריות
השירות מסופק "as-is". תוכן שנוצר על ידי בינה מלאכותית עלול להכיל אי-דיוקים או טעויות, ואינו מהווה ייעוץ מקצועי (משפטי, רפואי, פיננסי או אחר). על המשתמש לבחון בעצמו את נכונות הפלט לפני הסתמכות עליו. החברה אינה אחראית לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או אובדן רווח הנובע משימוש בשירות, ככל שהדבר מותר בדין.
8. ביטול, החזר כספי והפסקת שירות
ביטול מסלול שנרכש כתשלום שנתי חד-פעמי מזכה בהחזר כספי מלא בתוך 7 ימים ממועד הרכישה, ובלבד שהמשתמש לא עשה שימוש בתכנית מרגע הגשת בקשת הביטול ועד למועד שבו הביטול בוצע בפועל. לאחר חלוף 7 ימים ממועד הרכישה, או במקרה של שימוש בתכנית כאמור, לא יינתן החזר כספי; ניתן להימנע מחיוב נוסף פשוט על ידי אי-רכישת חידוש בתום השנה. בקשות ביטול והחזר יש להגיש דרך עמוד צור קשר.
משתמשים על מסלול חיוב חודשי מתמשך (מסלול חיוב חוזר שנפתח לפני מועד עדכון תקנון זה) יכולים לבטל את המנוי בכל עת דרך הגדרות החשבון או בפנייה אלינו; הביטול ייכנס לתוקף בסוף מחזור החיוב הנוכחי ולא יזכה בהחזר על התקופה שכבר שולמה. החברה רשאית להשעות או לסגור חשבון במקרה של הפרת תקנון זה.
9. שינויים בתקנון
אנו עשויים לעדכן תקנון זה מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו באתר ותינתן הודעה סבירה מראש. המשך שימוש בשירות לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
10. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.

Welcome to AILAMA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AILAMA website, the AILAMA application, and all related services (together, the "Service"), operated by AILAMA ("we" or "the Company"). Registering for or using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
AILAMA is a subscription service providing access to artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for conversation, writing, data analysis, code generation and other tasks (the "Platform"). The Service is built on third-party language model technology, delivered to end users under the AILAMA brand. Output content is generated by an AI system and is not the product of real-time human judgment.
2. Registration and Eligibility
The Service may be used by individuals 18 or older, or by those with lawful parent/guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Subscription, Payment and Billing
The Service is offered under several tiers (Starter, Plus, Pro, and additional tiers added from time to time), as detailed on the pricing page. Purchasing a tier is billed as a one-time annual payment (12 months of usage paid upfront, at a discount versus the monthly rate), and the tier's monthly token quota is granted automatically each month throughout the paid year. At the end of the year, if no renewal is purchased, the account automatically moves to the free (Free) tier. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Users who joined under a recurring monthly billing plan before this Terms update continue under the original terms they agreed to, until cancelled as described in Section 8.
We may update tier prices from time to time. A price change on an existing tier does not affect a payment already made, and applies only to future purchases/renewals.
4. Token Wallet, Rollover and Interest
Each subscription tier includes a monthly "token" quota, deducted according to actual usage of the Platform. Token balance not used by the end of a billing cycle is not forfeited and automatically carries over ("rolls over") to the next cycle, with no time limit, for as long as the subscription remains active.
The rolled-over token balance accrues annual interest of 5%, calculated and credited monthly on a compounding basis, paid as additional tokens into the user's wallet. The interest rate may change with at least 30 days' advance notice. Upon cancellation of a subscription or account closure, any remaining token balance expires and is not refunded in cash.
The Company reserves the right to limit balance accumulation on accounts with no usage activity for more than 12 consecutive months, in order to responsibly manage the accruing liability.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service: for unlawful purposes; to harass, spread hatred, or distribute harmful content; to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models; to sell, rent, or transfer access to the Service or API credentials to a third party; or for unauthorized automated (bot) use.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform, its interface, design and code belong to the Company or its licensors. Output generated for you through the Service may be used for your personal or business purposes, subject to fair use terms and third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is." AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Users must independently verify output before relying on it. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Cancellation, Refunds and Termination
Cancelling a tier purchased as a one-time annual payment entitles you to a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the plan was not used between the time the cancellation request was submitted and the time the cancellation was actually processed. After 7 days from the purchase date, or if the plan was used as described, no refund will be issued; you may simply avoid a further charge by not purchasing a renewal at the end of the year. Cancellation and refund requests should be submitted via the Contact Us page.
Users on a legacy recurring monthly billing plan (a recurring billing plan opened before this Terms update) may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and does not entitle a refund for the period already paid. The Company may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
